Demet Ela Karalar

Demet Ela Karalar serves as the Head of Human Resources for Switzerland at Renault Group since August 2021. With extensive experience in the automotive industry, Karalar has been with RRG Suisse SA since September 2014, where roles have included Leiterin der Personalabteilung and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, Karalar worked at Renault Suisse from September 2011 to August 2014, holding positions as Human Resources Manager and Sales Coordinator.
