Youssef Najm is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in accounting and lease auditing. Currently serving as a Lease Auditor at RRG since October 2016, Youssef specializes in interpreting financial lease agreements and detailing contractual obligations. Concurrently, at the Kuwait Embassy Health Division since January 2015, Youssef has successfully negotiated substantial savings with hospitals, improved payment processing efficiency, and strengthened relationships with hospital CFOs. As the owner of A&M Auto Sales since September 2010, Youssef has dramatically increased revenue and sales volume in international car trading. Previously, as an Accountant at Gazal Valet Services from January 2005 to September 2010, Youssef managed financial operations, enhanced company revenue through strategic contracts, and oversaw payroll and expenses. Youssef holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from George Mason University, earned between 2012 and 2015.
