Sara C. King

Sara C. King, is the CEO of the VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region. King, a 20-year employee of the agency, is a graduate of Russell Sage College with a BS in Accounting and has extensive experience in home health and healthcare administration. Her expertise includes implementing successful transitions to Federal and State reimbursement systems, mergers, business development, electronic medical record implementation, and operations management. King serves on the Board of Directors for the VNA Health Systems and VNA’s of Vermont (serving as Treasurer).
