Javier Montelongo has extensive experience in technical support and management roles. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Rapid Response Monitoring since January 2020, responsibilities include providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 level support within a 24x7 team, ensuring effective communication for alarm technicians in the data center to protect customer lives and property.
