Jim Pazaras

Jim Pazaras has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of telecommunications. Jim has worked as a Telecommunications Engineer at Rapid Response Monitoring since October 2021. Prior to this, they were employed at Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) as a Telecommunications Engineer, where they documented the existing Avaya Aura phone system and identified configuration issues for transition to Cisco UCM Cloud Solution. Jim also established system monitoring.

From 2019 to 2020, Jim worked as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer at Oneida Nation Enterprises, LLC. At Time Warner Cable, they held various roles from 2001 to 2019, including Senior ETS Voice Operations Engineer and Telecom Software Specialist Tier 2 and Tier 3. In these positions, they administered Avaya telephony platforms, designed call flows, and managed Avaya System Manager administration.
