Kathleen Fischer

Kathleen Fischer, Vice President, Programs for Recovery & Wellness oversees and monitors all key programming with RS EDEN. Kate was previously the Chief Operations Officer at Rincon Family Services (RFS), a community-based organization in Chicago focused on providing a comprehensive approach to families in recovery. Prior to RFS, Kate was a founding and managing partner for Collective Impact Consulting, a firm focused on strengthening the impact of community-based nonprofits. Kate is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a B.A. in Sociology and Faith-Justice Studies from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA, and a Master’s Degree with specialization in Leadership and Development in Social Services.
