Muhamad Satria

Muhamad Satria currently serves as the HR & GA Manager and Manager of Performance Management at RS Mary Cileungsi Hijau, beginning in October 2022. Prior to this role, Muhamad held positions in performance management at PT. Graha Sumber Prima Elektronik from August 2019 to October 2022, and worked as Operations Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor at PT Urban Niaga Citralestari from January 2018 to August 2019. Responsibilities in earlier roles included overseeing operational flow, employee supervision, customer complaint handling, and performance reporting. An internship in the HR, Training, and Development department at PT Ultrajaya in mid-2017 focused on employee training techniques and recruitment processes. Muhamad holds a Master’s degree in Management from Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Teknologi Bandung.
