Esther Chong

Esther Chong is an experienced business analyst currently employed at RSA Canada since December 2000, where roles have included Senior QM Analyst/Test Lead and Customer Consultant for Personal Lines Insurance. Prior to joining RSA Canada, Esther held the position of Licensed Insurance Representative at HB Group Insurance from May 1998 to December 2000, and served as a Credit Collections Agent at Corporate Recovery Services from September 1996 to April 1998. Esther holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from McMaster University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
