Alex Griffiths

Alex Griffiths has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on operational performance, customer service, and operational excellence. Alex currently holds the position of Vice President Operational Performance at Intact Insurance, where they began in June 2021. Prior to this, Alex worked at RSA as the Vice President Customer, Digital & Operational Excellence, starting in 2018. Alex also served as the Vice President Operational Excellence at RSA Canada, where they led a team responsible for driving continuous improvement and implementing digital solutions. Alex has held various leadership roles within Johnson Insurance, Johnson Inc., RSA UK, RSA Group, The Insurance Service (part of RSA), and Ind Coop. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on optimizing operations and driving strategic goals for these organizations.

Alex Griffiths has an education history that includes a degree in General Business Management from INSEAD (CEDEP) in 2008-2009, a Post Grad HR degree from BPP Malpas in 2006-2009, and a degree in Business Studies from Filton Technical College in 1987-1989. In addition, Alex has obtained a certification from the RSA Executive Development Academy at the Ivey Business School at Western University in an undisclosed month and year in 2019.
