Callum Shaw

Callum Shaw has a solid work history with experience in various roles and companies. Callum is currently working at RSA as the Head of Liability and Profit Pricing since December 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Home Pricing Manager at RSA from November 2022 to December 2023.

Before joining RSA, Callum worked in different positions at the company. Callum served as the Head of Marine Pricing from January 2020 to August 2022. Callum also worked as a Technical Pricing Manager for Commercial Motor from May 2018 to December 2019, and as a Technical Pricing Manager for Personal Lines from September 2016 to April 2018.

In 2015, Callum took a career break to go backpacking, during which they traveled to 14 countries in Asia and engaged in activities such as volunteering in Nepal, teaching in Thailand, and developing insurance understanding in APAC.

Prior to their career break, Callum worked at Zenith Insurance UK, where they held the positions of Pricing Team Leader from October 2014 to October 2015, and Pricing Analyst (Actuarial student) from May 2013 to October 2014.

Before joining Zenith Insurance UK, Callum worked as a Business Intelligence Developer at Markerstudy Insurance from August 2012 to April 2013.

Callum'searlier work experience includes roles as an Auditor at VW Heritage from June 2011 to May 2012, and at Icon Live Limited from June 2010 to May 2011.

Callum Shaw attended BHASVIC from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Mathematics. Callum then attended the University of Portsmouth from 2009 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and Statistics.
