Dr Michelle Thorn

Dr. Michelle Thorn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research, analysis, and education. Currently serving as Senior Research and Insight Manager at RSA since October 2013, Dr. Thorn delivers actionable insights to inform decision-making within the Personal Lines business. Prior experience includes roles as a freelance analyst and author, an AC2 Lecturer at the University of Brighton, and a Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Pretoria, focusing on human-carnivore conflict research. Previous positions also encompass Account Director at Adecco UK Ltd, where Dr. Thorn managed key customer relationships and staff across multiple locations.
