Gergana Korudanova-Adams

Gergana Korudanova-Adams has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of data strategy and architecture. Gergana is currently the Head of Data Strategy & Data Architecture at RSA, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at LV Financial Services as the Head of Data Architecture from January 2020 to August 2022. Before LV Financial Services, Gergana was the Head of Data Architecture at LV= from March 2017 to December 2019.

Gergana has also held multiple roles at Microsoft, including Principal Information Experience Leader from March 2015 to March 2017, Principal Information Architect from July 2011 to February 2015, Information Platforms Manager from July 2009 to June 2010, Global Data Planning Lead from November 2008 to June 2009, and Data Group Manager, Asia Pacific from May 2007 to November 2008.

Prior to Microsoft, Gergana worked as a Data Strategist at the National Healthcare Group of Singapore in 2007 and as a Global Principal Data Architect at DHL ITS Prague from January 2005 to March 2007. Gergana started their career as the Head of Information Architecture and Modeling at Nordstrom from January 1999 to January 2005 and as a Data Analyst at Wachovia from September 1996 to December 1998.

Gergana Korudanova-Adams holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Appalachian State University. Gergana also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Mary Baldwin University. Gergana attended Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski for an unspecified period of time to study Law. Gergana obtained a High School Diploma from English Language School "Plovdiv". Moreover, Gergana has a certification in the TOGAF® Certification Program from The Open Group.
