Lynda Silk

Lynda Silk is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Manager of Quality Assurance at RSA since September 2013. Prior to this role, Lynda held various positions including Underwriting Team Leader and Senior Automobile Underwriting Specialist at RSA Canada and provided underwriting support and guidance on corporate guidelines across Canada. Lynda's career also includes significant roles such as Governance Consultant and Regional Technical Consultant at RSA, as well as positions at Kingsway General Insurance Company and The Personal Insurance Company, where responsibilities spanned training coordination and underwriting management. Lynda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto, completed in 1980.
