Susan McInnes

Susan has worked in the life and pensions sector for over 40 years. She was previously at the Phoenix Group for over 12 years where she was customer director of the life companies and chief risk officer for the Phoenix Group, before being appointed chief executive officer of Standard Life Assurance in September 2018.
