Alina Schatten ACII MBA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational roles across notable companies. Currently serving as Integration Director at RSA since February 2018, Alina has also held positions such as Chief Of Staff to the CEO, Head of Analytics, Insight and Reporting, and Transformation Manager. Prior to RSA, Alina worked at Hiscox from September 2013 to February 2018 in various management roles including Operations Manager for Delegated and M&A operations. Additional experience includes positions such as Project Manager and IT Business Analyst. Alina holds an MBA from Middlesex University and degrees in Marketing and Human Resource Management from both the University of Essex and Copenhagen Business School, alongside a Baccalaureate degree in Mathematics and IT from B. P. Hasdeu Highschool.
