Dominika Hill

Dominika Hill is an accomplished Senior Service Assurance Manager at RSA, starting in February 2024. Previously, Dominika served as the IT Service Transition Lead at Lloyd's from November 2021 to December 2023 and worked as an IT Service Architect at BCA Marketplace between December 2019 and November 2021. Dominika's extensive experience in IT operations includes roles as IT Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Service Desk Team Manager at Fujitsu Poland from July 2015 to December 2019. Earlier in the career, Dominika held the position of Process Lead at Infosys BPO from May 2014 to June 2015 and worked as an AR Specialist at SouthWestern Business Process Services Ltd. from 2007 to 2009. Dominika holds two master's degrees from the University of Lodz, one in Public Administration with a focus on European Studies/Civilization and another in European Studies with a specialization in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies.
