Georgina Farrell, FCIPD, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at RSA since November 2022, driving profitable growth through a strategic approach to people, data, and technology across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Previously, Georgina held pivotal roles including Chief Administrative Officer and Head of People at LV=, where responsibilities included business plan delivery and leadership on the People Agenda. At Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Georgina made significant contributions in various roles, such as Head of Strategy Execution and Human Resources Director, focusing on enhancing operating performance and aligning people strategies with business objectives.
