Jeanette Robinson

Jeanette Robinson has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Release Manager at RSA since December 1989, where leadership skills have been applied to teams managing a suite of insurance products. Jeanette has held various roles, including E Business Manager for different teams, spearheading initiatives such as the EDI Service Model and contributing to early integration on the imarket portal. Jeanette's expertise includes workstack management, resource management, and collaboration with underwriting and pricing analysts to develop quotation engines. Prior experience includes positions at EAGLE STAR INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED, where responsibilities spanned from underwriting to accounts payable. Jeanette holds a Management Diploma from The Open University, an ACII designation from the Chartered Insurance Institute, and a BA (Hons) in English and French from Edge Hill University/Lancaster University.
