Johanne Harvie is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio design and transformation initiatives within the banking sector. Currently serving as Head of Portfolio Design and Head of UK Change Transformation at RSA, Johanne has held several leadership roles, including interim positions as Head of PMO - UK Change and Transformation Finance Lead.
