Laura Spiers

Laura Spiers has extensive experience in social impact, environmental sustainability, and corporate responsibility. Currently serving as the Head of Social Impact and ESG at RSA since January 2018, Laura has held multiple roles in corporate responsibility, including Head of Corporate Responsibility, Strategy and Policy, and Group Corporate Responsibility and Partnerships Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Group Sustainability Manager at Interserve and Associate at PwC. Laura began a career in sustainability as a Working Group Manager at 2degrees and has held positions including Market Analyst at Whitfield Solar Ltd and Environmental Consultant at Malvern Hills District Council. Laura’s early career also includes an internship in Environmental Policy at St Modwen Properties PLC. Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Oxford from 2006 to 2009.
