Matthew Cohen

Matthew Cohen has extensive experience in finance and investor relations, currently serving as CFO for RSA Europe since May 2016, where responsibilities have included roles as Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Development and Strategy for both UK and International markets. Prior experience includes positions at KPMG from October 2012 to May 2016 as an M&A Associate and Restructuring Analyst. Matthew holds a BA in Geography from the University of Nottingham and completed professional training at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Early education was completed at Haberdashers Aske’s Boys School.
