Melanie Porter Ma

Melanie Porter MA, Chartered MCIPD, has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Total Talent Delivery Lead at RSA since 1999. Melanie has held various roles within RSA, including L&D Specialist, HR Consultant for RSA Motability, HR Advisor, and Training/L&D Consultant, demonstrating expertise in HR Generalist areas and learning and development. Prior to RSA, Melanie worked at Griffiths & Armour as a Broker, managing corporate client portfolios. Melanie holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management and a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice, along with a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
