Phil McDowell

Phil McDowell is currently working at RSA since November 2016, holding the position of Global Network Strategic Relationship Manager. Prior to that, Phil worked at Allianz Insurance from September 2008 to November 2016, where Phil held various titles including International Business Co-ordinator and Property and Casualty Underwriter. Phil McDowell graduated from The University of Edinburgh in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Technology.
