Prior to this role, Tusar held the position of Operations Leader in Machining at Tata Cumins Limited from September 2018 to September 2023. Tusar's extensive experience at RSB Transmissions (I) Ltd. includes serving as Plant Head from October 2011 to September 2018 and as QA & Engineering Head at plant 1 from November 1997 to October 2011.
