Colleen Booth has over 20 years of experience in compensation and HR roles. Colleen has held leadership positions at various companies, including Risk Strategies Company, Oshkosh Corporation, Fiserv, CNH Industrial, Jones Lang LaSalle, Johnson Controls, and Olney/HRadvantage. Colleen has extensive experience in developing and implementing global compensation programs, job architecture frameworks, and total rewards programs. Colleen has successfully led teams and implemented strategic initiatives to enhance compensation structures and ensure market competitiveness.

Colleen Booth holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Oakland University. Colleen also obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
