Mike Christian

Mike Christian is the current Executive Chairman at RSC Insurance Brokerage, Inc. Mike has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Risk Strategies Company from June 1997 to October 2019. Mike also served as the Managing Director of Alexander & Alexander/AON from October 1995 to June 1997. Mike began their career in insurance at Jardine Insurance Brokers where they worked their way up to Executive Vice President, a position they held from April 1989 to September 1995. Mike is a highly respected figure in the insurance industry and has been instrumental in the growth and success of RSC Insurance Brokerage, Inc.

Mike Christian received their undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mike then went on to receive their PhD in philosophy from uc santa barbara.
