Stacy Johnson

Stacy Johnson is an experienced leader in talent and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Risk Strategies Company since December 2022. Previously, Stacy held the position of Manager of Leadership and Professional Development at Raymond James, where efforts focused on enhancing organizational performance and creating a diversity and inclusion learning pathway. At The MetroHealth System, Stacy advanced through several roles, culminating as Director of Learning & Performance, overseeing talent management for over 7,000 employees, while also launching a partnership with Lincoln-West School of Science and Health. Earlier in the career, Stacy served as an Account Manager at Meyer Distributing Company, achieving notable sales recognition. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development from Case Western Reserve University and completion of the HR Executive Connection program at Harvard Business School.
