Susan Ott completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of San Francisco from 1982 to 1987. Susan then went on to pursue a Masters of Human Resources and Organization Development at the same institution from 1989 to 1991. Later, in 1994 to 1995, Susan obtained an Associate in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America with a focus on Insurance.
