Susan Ott

Susan Ott has accumulated a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, starting as an Account Executive at Aon in 1992. Susan then moved on to roles of increasing responsibility at PLI Brokerage, Frank Crystal & Company, MacCorkle Insurance Service, and Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director of Private Client Services at Krauter & Company. Their roles have equipped their with strong expertise in personal insurance and client services.

Susan Ott completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of San Francisco from 1982 to 1987. Susan then went on to pursue a Masters of Human Resources and Organization Development at the same institution from 1989 to 1991. Later, in 1994 to 1995, Susan obtained an Associate in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America with a focus on Insurance.
