Lee Merkle-Raymond

Lee Merkle-Raymond is a seasoned executive with a strong background in sustainability consulting and risk management. Currently serving as a Fellow at OnePointFive for an intensive sustainability consulting accelerator, Lee also holds the position of Board Chair at RSF Social Finance. Previous roles include Senior Managing Director at Hercules Capital, where Lee established the firm's Enterprise Risk Management program and oversaw credit processes, and a leadership position at BNP Paribas as the San Francisco Region Manager and National Technology Banking Head. Lee's career began at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where various roles included managing corporate debt products and leading teams across global markets. With educational credentials from Dartmouth College, Stanford University, and other institutions, Lee has a diverse skill set encompassing finance, risk management, and organizational leadership.
