Mason Edelson

Mason Edelson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, brand marketing, and hospitality management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations Services at Dine Brands Global, Mason acts as a liaison between IHOP franchisees and cross-functional partners while supporting enterprise deployments across over 1,500 stores. As Co-Founder of QUICKSHOT Coffee, Mason has developed a specialty coffee pop-up and crafted high-profile catering services for various events. Previous roles include Manager of Restaurant Systems at C3 by sbe, where Mason managed technology solutions for upscale restaurants, and Founder of GRAZE, a high-volume cafe concept. Mason has also held positions in group fitness instruction and served in various capacities within notable restaurant groups. Mason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Kendall College.
