Anurag Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at RSG Media since May 2020, where responsibilities include client handling, documentation, contract analysis, data handling, and case testing. Previously, Anurag worked at Valued Epistemics, where contributions as a Senior member of the IELTS and TOEFL team focused on developing strategic processes to enhance student learning experiences.
