Varun Verma

Varun Verma is an experienced data scientist with a strong background in predictive modeling, optimization, and classification problems. Currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at RSG Media since August 2018, Varun previously held the position of Senior Data Scientist at HDFC Life from November 2017 to July 2018, focusing on data analytics in the insurance sector. Varun's early career includes a role as a Data Scientist at Lighthouse Analytics, where expertise was applied to media analytics, and as an Engineer/Analyst at the Automotive Research Association of India, emphasizing vehicle design and operational analysis for Indian road conditions. Varun also gained valuable experience during internships at Université libre de Bruxelles, ETH Zurich, Aricent, and VERIMAG. Varun holds an Integrated Masters of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
