Jim Brogan

Jim Brogan's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Jim currently serves as the Vice President at RSG - Resource Systems Group, Inc. Jim previously worked at Cambridge Systematics, Inc. as the Executive Vice President for Integrated Planning & Policy and the Executive Vice President for Freight & Logistics. In these roles, they were responsible for the strategic direction and financial performance of the respective business lines, managing annual revenues between $7.5M and $25M. Jim also led the restructuring of the company's planning and freight business lines into a single, integrated line with minimal staff turnover. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Texas Operations, where they established the Texas office and oversaw business strategy, staff management, marketing activities, and project delivery across all business lines. Jim also served as a Project Manager, managing transportation plans for various clients. Before entering the private sector, Jim Brogan had roles in the U.S. Coast Guard as the Naval Engineering Support Staff and the Damage Control Officer.

Jim Brogan attended the US Coast Guard Academy from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Jim then pursued further education at the University of Virginia from 1999 to 2001, receiving a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
