Joel Freedman

Joel Freedman is a seasoned professional in urban planning and consulting, currently serving as Senior Director at RSG - Resource Systems Group, Inc. since January 2015. Prior to this role, Joel held various positions at Parsons Brinckerhoff in the USA, including Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, from April 1997 to December 2014. Joel's career began as an Analyst at the Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments from July 1994 to March 1997. Joel earned a Master of Arts in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from Portland State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from SUNY New Paltz.
