Justin Allom

Justin Allom is an experienced professional in the electrical and control systems commissioning field, currently serving as the ITS Control System Integration Lead at Rozelle Interchange & Western Harbour Tunnel Enabling Works since July 2023. Justin has held various roles, including Commissioning Manager at Resource Services Group and Senior Commissioning Engineer positions at both Acciona Samsung Bouygues Joint Venture and Lendlease Bouygues JV. Previously, Justin worked as Electrical Commissioning Manager at EnerMech and High Voltage Commissioning Manager at John Holland. With a background that includes significant contributions to the Novo Rail Alliance as a Commissioning Engineer and Site Engineer, Justin has a strong history of successfully commissioning electrical works across various projects in the Sydney Trains Network. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UNSW, obtained from 2005 to 2009.
