Trish Waites

Trish Waites currently serves as People Lead at RSGx since February 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure at John Holland from May 2016 to February 2025, where Trish held various roles including Senior People Advisor - Major Projects, Human Resources Advisor, and Human Resources/Industrial Relations Coordinator. From October 2014 to April 2016, Trish worked as Training and Development Coordinator at CPB Contractors. Trish holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Economics from the University of Galway, completed in January 2011.
