Daniel Schoening

Daniel Schoening has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology infrastructure. Daniel is currently the Associate Director of IT Infrastructure at RS&H, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at RS&H from March 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining RS&H, Daniel worked at McWane, Inc. as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer/Manager for eight years, from March 2012 to March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for LAN/MAN/WAN design and implementation, VoIP design and implementation, backup infrastructure and support, global wireless infrastructure design and implementation, Active Directory management, Data Center Design and Implementation, and managing infrastructure projects for multiple locations worldwide.

Daniel also served as the IT Manager at Union Foundry Company from April 2010 to March 2012. In this position, they handled day-to-day support for infrastructure capacities, IT strategic planning, network infrastructure design and implementation, VoIP implementation, and managed relationships with service providers and suppliers.

Furthermore, Daniel has extensive experience working at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they held various positions at several facilities over a period of 12 years, from May 1998 to April 2010.

Overall, Daniel Schoening has a strong background in IT infrastructure management and has worked in a variety of roles with increasing levels of responsibility throughout their career.

Daniel Schoening has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. Daniel also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Management from the same university, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their degrees, Daniel has certifications including CCNA from Cisco, ITIL from ITIL Managers, MCITP from Microsoft, and MCSE from Microsoft.
