Fred Holderness is currently the Senior Vice President at RS&H, a position held since 2018. Prior to that, Fred was a Principal at Tsiouvaras Simmons Holderness, Inc. from 2005 to 2018 and served as a Resident Engineer for the Colorado Department of Transportation from 2000 to 2005. Fred earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University between 1983 and 1987.
