Hani N. Samaan, PE, currently serves as the Moving I-4 Forward- Structures Team Lead at RS&H since September 2025. Prior to this role, Hani Samaan held various engineering positions, including Sr. Lead Bridge / Structural Engineer at Scalar Consulting Group Inc. from June 2017 to October 2025, and Bridge Engineer V at SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. from October 2014 to June 2017. Hani Samaan's experience also includes working as a Senior Structural/Bridge Engineer at Stantec from May 2013 to October 2014 and as a Professional Engineer/Bridge Designer at Infrastructure Engineers, Inc. from August 2005 to May 2013. Earlier in the career, Hani Samaan was a Structural Engineer at Atef Rafla Architects from May 1999 to March 2001, supervising the construction of multiple residential concrete buildings.
