Holley Rainwater

Holley Rainwater is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at RS&H since June 2022. In this role, Holley collaborates with internal stakeholders to create and execute effective recruitment strategies while leading a team of talent advisors focused on the Infrastructure sector, including Aviation and Transportation practices. Prior to RS&H, Holley held various recruitment positions at JB Poindexter & Co, Burns & McDonnell, and Nalco Champion, specializing in diverse industries such as Environmental Services and Energy. Earlier career experience includes roles at Airswift and Fluor, where Holley developed strong recruitment skills across multiple sectors. Holley graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
