Kaan Akcay

Kaan Akcay is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at RS&H since October 2021, where strategic direction for recruiting solutions is provided across the organization. Akcay previously held roles as Talent Acquisition Manager overseeing multiple business units at RS&H and as Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at RTD, successfully meeting hiring needs and diversity objectives. Additional experience includes managing recruitment functions at Orica, Freeport-McMoRan, and Pendum, demonstrating a strong background in full-cycle recruitment across various industries. Kaan Akcay earned a BSBA in Marketing and Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and is continuing education at Colorado State University.
