Madelene Skinner

Madelene Skinner is a Senior Marketing Communications Leader in the aviation, transportation, and aerospace sector at RS&H. Prior to this, Madelene held the role of Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at HDR, where Madelene managed social and political risks associated with infrastructure development. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix, Madelene has a strong background in outreach efforts, strategic communications, and client management.
