Madhuri Rao

Madhuri Rao has extensive experience in the field of corporate accounting. Madhuri currently holds the position of SVP Corporate Controller at RS&H. Prior to this, they worked at Fluor Corporation as Director II-Technical Accounting from May 2019 to April 2023 and as Director I- Technical Accounting from February 2014 to May 2019. Before joining Fluor Corporation, Madhuri served as Senior Technical Accounting Manager at Celanese from November 2009 to February 2014. Madhuri also worked as a Technical Accounting Manager at Nortel Networks from September 2005 to November 2009. Madhuri began their career at Ernst & Young as a Manager from October 2000 to September 2005 and as an Experienced Associate at Pricewaterhousecoopers LLP from November 1999 to October 2000. Madhuri'searliest experience was as a Consultant at R B Dubash & Co from July 1993 to July 1998.

Madhuri Rao obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Pune in 1994. Madhuri further pursued their Chartered Accountant course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and successfully completed it in 1996. In 1999, they obtained their CPA certification from CPA.
