Ken Houseman

Ken Houseman is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and software development with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Quality Assurance at RSI since August 2024, Ken previously held the position of Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Radian from September 2019 to September 2024. Prior roles include a Customer Success Engineer at Aktana and a Quality Assurance Manager/Jira Admin at Pep Boys, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of QA testers and maintaining web applications. Ken also has a strong background in programming, supporting code in multiple languages and technologies. Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from La Salle University and has additional education from Penn State University.
