Hector Medina is a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with experience at RSI México since September 2017, where responsibilities include compliance monitoring with KPIs and oversight of engineering change implementations. Previously, Hector served as a Quality Engineer, managing SGC document control, corrective action reports, nonconformance issues, and ISO 9001:2015 internal audits, among other quality assurance tasks. Prior experience includes working as an Auxiliar de ingeniería at Redford House, focusing on production process improvements, design analysis, and the implementation of 5’s methodology. Hector holds a degree in Ingeniería en Gestión Empresarial from Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana, completed in 2018.
