Jim Taylor

Jim Taylor is an experienced operations leader with a comprehensive background in the IT, logistics, program management, and systems engineering sectors. As the Director of Operations at RSi Visual Systems since April 2016, Jim Taylor oversees strategic operational initiatives. Previously, as Chief Operations Officer at Professional Solutions Delivered (ProSoDel), LLC from 2013 to 2015, Jim provided operational direction for a 65-employee organization and managed multiple project managers. Jim's tenure at BAE Systems from 2007 to 2013 included roles as Program Manager for a $94 million contract, leading a diverse team across multiple companies and overseeing a workforce of over 100 employees. Jim Taylor's military foundation formed during a 21-year career in the United States Marine Corps strengthened expertise in aviation command and control and personnel management. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Crisis Management from American Military University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
