Lewis Wright BSc MCIEEM has a diverse range of work experience in the field of ecology and wildlife conservation. Lewis is currently employed as a Principal Ecologist at RSK Biocensus since September 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Ecologist at the same company from May 2018 to September 2022. Before joining RSK Biocensus, Lewis worked as an Ecologist at Whitcher Wildlife from February 2014 to February 2018. Lewis also gained experience as a Seasonal Nature Reserve Assistant at Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust from November 2013 to January 2014. Lewis has served as a Park Ranger at Hull City Council from June to September 2013, where they were responsible for managing the seasonal facilities and maintaining the parks environment. Additionally, they worked as a Field Surveyor at Thomson Ecology Ltd from April to June 2013, conducting ecological surveys for species mitigation and translocation projects. Lewis'searlier experience includes working as a Wildlife Researcher at Global Vision International from July to October 2012, involving data collection for various conservation projects focused on large predators and elephant populations. Lewis has demonstrated their passion for conservation work and has acquired a wealth of skills and knowledge through their various roles.
Lewis Wright BSc MCIEEM attended Longcroft School from 2001 to 2006 where they obtained GCSE's. Lewis then studied at Bishop Burton College from 2008 to 2009 and earned a BTEC National Diploma in Countryside Management. From 2009 to 2013, Lewis attended the University of Hull and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Studies. Lewis also holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours Degree in Environmental Conservation from the University of Hull, although the date of qualification is not provided. Lewis is a member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (MCIEEM).
