Lillian Xiaoying Lan has extensive work experience in various HR roles and management positions. Lillian Xiaoying started their career at BD&C Electronics Beijing Co., Ltd as an HR Assistant to the President. Lillian Xiaoying then joined Texas Instruments as an HR Manager, where they designed HR policies and performed recruitment activities. At IBM, Lillian served as an HR Advisor, leading organizational development projects and talent retention programs. Lillian Xiaoying also worked as a Staffing Leader, fulfilling hiring targets and supporting recruitment programs. Lillian later joined PwC as the North Region HR Manager, responsible for talent management, performance management, and HR process optimization. At Accenture, they served as the Client Account HR Lead, handling HR management for a project team of 350 members. Currently, Lillian holds the position of Vice President at RSL (Rockschool Ltd), overseeing the development of the Chinese business and establishing the RSL China office in Beijing.
Lillian Xiaoying Lan's education history includes attending Beijing No.4 High School from 1985 to 1991, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study. Subsequently, they attended Shijiazhuang Military Academy from 1991 to 1992, where they earned the title of Reserve Officer. Lastly, from 1992 to 1996, Lillian attended Peking University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Department of English Literature and Language, focusing on British and American Literature.
