Bakhtiar Kamal

Bakhtiar Kamal is an experienced technology professional with extensive expertise in digital strategy and business systems management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Systems and Head of Digital Strategy at RSL LifeCare Limited since June 2019, Bakhtiar designs and implements digital strategies that enhance customer value and operational efficiency. Previous roles include Web Applications Manager at Unisys, where management of application solutions for government accounts was key, and Senior Online Developer at the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, focusing on strategic web applications. Bakhtiar's earlier experience includes roles at the NSW Ministry of Health, Symbio Networks Pty Ltd, NSW Health, and various other organizations, with a strong background in development, project management, and solution design. Bakhtiar holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from North South University.
