Katie Chapman

Katie Chapman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental health and safety (EHS) management. Currently serving as the Process and Systems Manager for Global EHS at James Hardie since September 2021 and as the Group WHS and Workers Compensation Manager at RSL LifeCare Limited since February 2019. Previously, Katie held the position of Corporate Safety Manager, International at Campbell Arnotts from October 2007 to February 2019, where responsibilities included developing strategic safety plans and driving cultural change. Earlier roles also include Group OHS Manager at Inchcape Australia Limited and Risk Management Consultant at Noel Arnold & Associates, with a focus on risk management solutions across various industries. Academic qualifications were obtained from UNSW, Southern Cross Training, and the University of Tasmania.
